We help single professionals, busy parents, senior citizens, and active couples enjoy authentic home-cooked meals specifically prepared to satisfy their food preferences and dietary needs.
People’s lives are increasingly busy, and for many, dinner means turning to fast food establishments, frozen meals or deli take-out. Few have the time or energy at the end of the day to prepare flavorful, nutritious home-cooked meals.
That’s where we come in!
You may be surprised to find that having your own personal chef is a convenient and affordable solution to your dinner dilemma. Hiring a personal chef can save you 10-12 hours a week. So next time, leave the menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking and kitchen clean-up to us!
Thank you for your interest in joining Puget Sound Personal Chef’s group! We offer great opportunities to network with other personal chefs in the area, as well as to participate in joint marketing activities (including getting your name listed on this web site!). Our membership is composed of senior chefs with more than ten years of experience, other chefs with fewer years in the business, and those who are just launching their careers in this line of work. We look forward to having you join us!
The Puget Sound Personal Chef’s group includes local personal chefs and other members of the food services community, such as prepared foods home delivery businesses and those desiring to cultivate businesses in these arenas. Many members also participate in catering (both on and off-site) and culinary teaching, as well as food writing, but their primary focus is on personal chef services and meal home delivery. The intent of the group is to provide professional support through networking and educational opportunities.
Annual dues are $60, and chapter meetings are held each month. All members must be a registered business with Washington State and their local municipality. In addition, all members must hold liability insurance and possess a food handler’s permit and/or ServeSafe certification. If you have are interested in membership or have any questions, feel free to contact any of the chapter officers. They will be happy to talk with you about your decision.

Working as fully registered small businesses, they work hard at supporting the local economy. Some members have elected to work out of a commercial kitchen, allowing them the ability to provide meal delivery services and off-site catering. Some members have elected to work out of a client’s home, allowing them to provide a highly customized and completely personalized service. Some members offer online menus that allow you to order your food for delivery and some work with you to customize the food each and every time.

Gift certificates are available for many occasions. Chefs in the Puget Sound Personal Chef’s group are active in the nonprofit community, donating many gift certificates for charity auctions.
